Only what we know
No hotel, house or vessel enters our list without our own verification. When the answer argues against booking, we say so first.

About
How it began
WAYFARER has existed as a publication since 2013. The agency came later, and it came because readers started asking.
For more than ten years, the editorial team covered races, fashion weeks, art fairs, hotels and crossings. Every assignment left behind something that does not fit in an article: the hotel director\u2019s number, the name of whoever controls the guest list, the knowledge that a certain terrace beats any grandstand.
WAYFARER Agency is what you do with that. We do not sell destinations we looked up online. We organise trips to places we have been, with people we already know.

How we work
They explain both what we take on and what we turn down.

02
Event access depends on third parties and availability. We confirm only what is secured in writing in the proposal.
03
From the first conversation to the flight home, the same person handles the trip. Nothing is passed between departments.
Who is on the other end
It came from thirteen years of covering these weeks.
I started the magazine in 2013, and the work was to be there: at the races, the shows, the fairs, on board and at the tables. Covering something changes what you have access to afterwards, and that is the only reason this agency exists.
Everything on this site was seen before it was offered. When a date is not secured, we say so in writing rather than promise it. That is the difference between an agency built on a catalogue and one built on a phone book.
The person who answers is the one who knows the destination.
The first reply comes from a specialist, never from an automated system, and the same person follows the trip to the flight home.
The agency is run by a team of specialists, each with their own territory: events and hospitality, hotels and houses, the sea, aviation, and the fashion and art weeks. The person who answers your message is the one who knows that destination, not someone who will go and ask another department.
