WAYFARER Agency
Terms of use
Updated 12 September 2026
These terms govern the use of wayfareragency.com and the initial relationship between you and WAYFARER Agency. By using the site or sending an enquiry, you agree to them.
What WAYFARER Agency does
WAYFARER Agency organises travel: events, journeys, experiences, accommodation, villas, boats and air transport. We act as an intermediary between you and the suppliers who deliver each service.
This site is not a shop
Nothing on this site is an offer of sale or a guarantee of availability. The events, hotels, boats and dates shown are references to the kind of travel we organise. Prices, conditions and availability are given in a proposal, always in response to an enquiry.
No booking exists until you receive a written proposal, agree to it, and make the agreed payment.
Enquiries
Submitting the form creates no obligation on either side. We answer every enquiry, but we may decline a request when we cannot serve it to the standard we work to.
Our role as intermediary
Hotels, restaurants, charter operators, airlines and event organisers are independent companies with their own terms. We choose each one carefully and we answer for the organisation of the trip, but the delivery of each service is the responsibility of the company providing it.
Private aviation is always contracted through operators certified by the relevant authorities.
Event access
Credentials, invitations, boxes and backstage access depend on third parties and on availability at the time of request. We confirm only what is secured in writing in the proposal. Nothing on this site constitutes a promise of access.
Payments and cancellations
Amounts, deadlines, cancellation policy and rebooking rules are set out in each trip's proposal, as they vary with the suppliers involved. Many peak-season services are restricted or non-refundable, and this is stated before any payment.
Documents and insurance
Travellers are responsible for keeping passports, visas and health requirements in order. We advise on what is needed, but obtaining it is always the traveller's responsibility. We recommend travel insurance on every international trip.
Site content
Text, photography, the brand and the visual identity belong to WAYFARER and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
We answer for the organising services we provide. We do not answer for acts of God, force majeure, decisions by authorities, weather, third-party cancellations or changes to event calendars, situations in which we will work to find the best available alternative.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings in their own place of residence.
