What happens after you write.

No forms to fill in, no call centre, no quote that arrives a week later. The process below is the one we follow with everyone, whether it is four nights in Marrakech or two weeks over New Year.

The first message

Same day

Tell us the dates, the destination and who is travelling. Three lines are enough to start.

We reply personally, never with an automatic message
If something in the request will not work, we say so right there
If we do not know a place well, we say that too

The written proposal

Within 24 business hours

You receive the trip on paper: house or hotel, access, table, transfers and the days in between, with costs itemised.

Only what is already secured is presented as secured
Anything still in the hands of third parties is named as such
No price list, because each trip is built once

Confirmation

When you say yes

We hold, book and confirm, in the order the calendar demands. Payments go to the suppliers on their own terms, which we explain beforehand.

During the trip

Every day of it

One person follows the trip, in your time zone, from arrival to the flight home.

A schedule change, rain, a delayed flight: we sort it
Tables, drivers and access adjusted as the days go
After the trip, what worked and what did not goes on file for the next one

The money part

How we are paid, in plain words.

The consultation

Writing to us costs nothing, and neither does the proposal. You only decide after seeing the trip on paper.

Hotels and houses

Booked through us at the same rate you would pay direct, and often with amenities you would not get on your own.

Full service

Staff, chef, driver and everything around the stay are contracted and charged separately from the house rate, itemised before anything is confirmed.

Whatever the arrangement on a given trip, it is written into the proposal before you pay anything. We would rather lose a booking than have a surprise in it.

What we do not do.

We do not offer what we have not seen or cannot confirm
We do not sell packages assembled before the conversation
We do not promise access that depends on third parties as if it were settled
We do not hand you over to another department halfway through
We do not work with dates we cannot serve properly
