Las Vegas Grand Prix

19 to 21 November 2026. Las Vegas.

The house reading

Formula 1 at night, down the Strip, with the whole city lit up around the track.

From 19 to 21 November, the cars race through the streets of Las Vegas, past the Bellagio, Caesars and the Sphere. The start is late at night, and the city does not sleep all weekend.

Hospitality over the track, shows, DJ residencies and the Strip's hardest tables. WAYFARER chooses where you watch the race and arranges the rest of the night.

The difference

What changes with WAYFARER.

01

The right view

Paddock Club or Strip hospitality, chosen for what you want to see.

02

The right hotel

Close to the track, without crossing a city closed for the race.

03

The whole night

Tables, shows and clubs settled before you fly.

04

One contact

One person handling everything, from landing to the last day.

How it works

Three steps to a proposal.

01

You tell us the date, how many are travelling and what you would like to see.

02

We check real availability of access, hotel and table, and send the proposal in writing.

03

We adjust until it is right. Only then is there a booking and payment.

Frequently asked

Before you write.

Is access secured?

It depends on the date and on what you want. In the proposal we confirm in writing only what is already secured. When something still rests with third parties, we say so plainly rather than promise it.

What does it cost?

There is no price list, because each trip is built once. The figure depends on the access category, the stay and the number of guests. The proposal itemises everything, with no obligation.

Can I bring a group?

Yes. Groups change the logistics and sometimes open doors that do not exist for two people: a whole house, a private table, a boat. Tell us the number when you write.

What if the date changes?

Event calendars change, and that is not ours to control. When they do, we rebuild whatever can be rebuilt and tell you at once what is refundable and what is not, according to each supplier’s rules.
