Terraces and marinas

Terraces over the track and boats moored on the circuit.

The house reading

In Monaco, the best place to watch the race is not a grandstand. It is a balcony.

Some circuits run through the city, and that creates a kind of access no purpose-built track can offer: the apartment with a balcony over the corner, the hotel terrace above the straight, the boat moored twenty metres from the barrier. These are private addresses, taken for the season, with their own service and no queue.

The same logic applies in Las Vegas, where the Strip becomes the circuit and the hotels become the grandstand, and in Abu Dhabi, where the marina sits against the layout. In each one we know which addresses have a real view and which sell a view that does not exist.

What we say upfront

The view is the most exaggerated claim in this market. We only offer addresses we know, or that someone we trust has checked.
