The house reading
The piece you see on the runway was made by twelve people in a room nobody visits.
There is a kind of access that is not about being at an event, but about seeing how things are made. The atelier where couture takes four hundred hours on one piece. A museum reserve, with works that are not on display. The workshop where a 1962 car is being restored.
These are small visits, almost always two to six people, arranged weeks ahead and led by someone who works there. There is no ticket. There is permission, and each one is negotiated on its own.
