These houses are managed by third parties and availability changes often, especially over the summer and New Year. We confirm dates, rates and conditions in writing before any payment.

The house comes with a team. And with someone who looks after it.

Renting the house is the first half. The second is everything that makes a week in it work, and that is where we come in, at the standard of the best rental houses anywhere.

One person coordinates all of it, and answers you directly.

The service is contracted and charged separately from the house rate, and it is built for each stay: a family of six over New Year and a couple over a long weekend need very different teams. You choose what is in and what is out. We propose the right size in writing, item by item, before anything is confirmed.
